Thank you so much to this family for allowing me to share their entire birth slideshow on my blog. How crazy stunning is mom? There are some images of her that just take my breath away. There is a natural grace and calm about her that mesmerizes me. Dad, however is a hilarious and had a line for everything. There are always moments that I get a little caught up in at a birth and this was no different. When Big Sister walked through the doors holding her drawing, wearing her Big Sister T-Shirt, beaming with excitement, and sweet little girl nerves I could feel the tears coming on! I am once again honored to be part of your day!!

I have also mentioned in the petite preview of this birth that mom and I first knew each other as kids. After mom had the baby she looks and me and says, “Ten years ago I would have never guessed that Nicole Rome would be in the room when I had my baby!” It was so funny to think just how “Old” we are now and I couldn’t resist a pic from our Freshman year at Grace King High School. That is mom in the blue plaid (and big smile) and that is me (mouth full of braces) in the pink plaid. So great!!
